Shipping - Common Issues Q&A
Update (6/3/25): Free Shipping will now be offered on ALL ITEMS domestically (Japan)!!!

As some of you may be aware, our website is currently under daily maintenance to ensure every customer is provided with the easiest shopping experience possible.
If you have ANY issues or questions surrounding shipping or the rate that is calculated at checkout for your cart, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to personally confirm your shipping rate and deliver the best possible price.
Here are some key notes:

Consolidated shipping of multiple items - As of 3/3/25, a majority of the cart consolidation problems have been amended. However if you still feel there is an error with your checkout calculation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unavailable shipping options - If you are experiencing certain shipping methods not displaying during checkout, this may be due to your cart total weight/size exceeding the carrier's limits for your delivery region. If you are experiencing the same issue with small items, please contact us.
- LCL Shipping Limitations - This is mainly referring to a business address being a requirement, and port pickup. As we can imagine, some customers may not have access to a business address, or simply may not live close enough to an eligible port for this to be a reasonable option. In this case, we can offer D2D (Door-to-Door) shipping, however this option is usually slightly more expensive than regular LCL shipping with port delivery. Again, if this is something you would prefer, please contact us and we would be happy to get a quote for D2D shipping to your order address.
