By using lightweight, ultra-high strength fibers that are also used in body armor (bulletproof clothing), we have succeeded in reducing weight while ensuring wear resistance and friction properties at ultra-high temperatures by increasing the heat resistance of other raw materials and combining materials together. Although it is an organic material, it achieves the maximum transmission torque of a single clutch, surpassing metal. This latest series also excels in ease of starting, high wear resistance, and lightweight design.

Improved wear resistance at ultra-high temperatures

The use of high-strength fibers has made it possible to use highly heat-resistant materials that were previously difficult to use. Compared to conventional materials, wear is suppressed even in ultra-high temperature ranges, which are one rank higher. Stable performance is demonstrated across all temperature ranges.

Ensures high friction coefficient across all temperature ranges

It achieves a high friction coefficient that overwhelms conventional facings, from the normal operating temperature range of 100°C to ultra-high temperatures. It demonstrates a torque capacity that is one rank higher and unrivaled.

LOW INERTIA DESIGN

The combination of a high-rigidity aluminum alloy clutch cover and a lightweight flywheel reduces kit inertia by 30% (compared to the factory). It provides excellent engine response while ensuring ease of operation when starting. In addition, by reducing the diameter of the clutch disc and lowering the specific gravity of the friction material, we have succeeded in significantly reducing the clutch disc moment of inertia by 29% (compared to the factory). PEDAL EFFORT

A newly designed diaphragm spring (PUSH type) is used to reduce pedal effort. In addition, the half-clutch performance provided by the cushioning plate and the high-rigidity aluminum alloy clutch cover combine excellent operability and disengagement performance, providing excellent performance from general roads to circuits.

SILENT DAMPER

Silent dampers are increasingly being adopted as original equipment for gasoline engines, which have become more highly compressed in recent years. Conventional reinforced dampers for sports clutch discs can be used with engines tuned for high power and high-grip tires, but they tend to generate gear noise and sacrifice comfort.

The Hyper Single EVO uses silent dampers on vehicles where necessary, so comfort is not compromised even when idling, when engine and exhaust noise is low. Gear noise occurs when engine rotation irregularities are transmitted to the transmission. The Silent Damper has a soft spring operating range that absorbs rotation irregularities that occur during idling.
