Shortly after launch, driver Shoki Tanaka equipped his car with this setup—earning his first victory at the Suzuka Twin round and carrying that momentum to a series championship in the D1 Street Legal series. The following year, D-MAX driver Yokoi adopted the Super Street-equipped system and captured the title once again.
Developed with direct input from Yokoi, Tanaka, and Nakamura, the suspension underwent extensive testing to fine-tune damping force and spring rates. The result is a highly adaptable setup with a wide adjustment range—built to perform confidently across street driving, circuit use, and competitive drifting.
