Recently, extending the front lower arms has been gaining attention in suspension tuning, however modifying the stock arms requires a high level of expertise, and there are concerns about the strength of the arms after processing, as well as the time and effort required to prepare the extension parts.

Therefore, by providing extension spacers and reinforcement plates for the arms themselves, we have made the process easier by eliminating the hassle of fabrication. A template for cutting the stock arms is also included, so you can process both sides identically without worrying about symmetry. By using the included pre-fabricated parts you can ensure strength that exceeds that of the stock arms, resulting in a beautifully designed and highly precise finished product.

The extension spacers come in three sizes: 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm. Choose the one that best suits your needs. The reinforcement plate effectively reinforces the lower arm, which may not be strong enough for hard driving. A new stopper plate has been added to prevent reverse steering joints, and by combining it with an additional plate set, you can adjust the maximum steering angle.

Advantages of extending the front lower arm

Extending the lower arms widens the tread, improving driving stability. Also, if the wheels are offset outward using spacers, the tire's radius of movement when turning the steering wheel increases, but extending the lower arms and widening the tread reduces the tire's radius of movement, reducing tire interference with the body and improving handling responsiveness. As a show car intended to show off its styling, the camber angle can be significantly reduced, allowing for the installation of thicker wheels and tires. Two types of reinforcement plates effectively reinforce the front lower arm, which has weak structural strength.

Optional Extra: Stopper Plate

This plate set is for the lower arm modified with the front lower arm extension and reinforcement kit. Install this plate to adjust if the tie rod does not hit the stopper even when the steering wheel is turned all the way to the steering lock.

*This product is a kit for cutting and welding the factory lower arm to extend and strengthen it. The strength of the lower arm after processing depends on the processing technique and precision, so the processing should be done by a worker skilled in welding.

*The factory lower arm must be prepared separately.
