The traction rod mounting point relocation optimizes rear suspension geometry, particularly for lowered vehicles to provide even greater traction performance. For customers who already have third-party Subframe collars installed.

If the trailing arms of the Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ are installed in the factory position, the tires will move diagonally rearward when the suspension is lowered or stroked, causing it to sink. Therefore, vehicles that have been lowered with adjustable suspension will have a longer wheelbase than standard vehicles. The traction member collar lowers the mounting position of the traction rod (trailing arm), which serves as the axis of rotation, and adjusts the rod's rotational trajectory, correcting the tire's movement vertically. Installing this product performs the same function as a rigid member collar, while providing even more stable traction performance.
