What is Super Q (WPC)?

WPC is not a coating; it is a special surface treatment that strengthens the surface of the part and reduces friction. The WPC treatment process involves projecting extremely fine particles at high speed onto the part's surface, then altering the surface through heat discharge and sintering, strengthening the metal surface structure and resulting in a harder, more durable product. During the WPC process, ultra-fine particles are injected at high speed, creating compressive stress on the metal surface and simultaneously inducing a micro-thermal reaction. This effectively seals tiny flaws on the metal surface that are invisible to the naked eye, and also forms a condensation surface with increased density due to compression. This extremely fine surface treatment also overcomes the brittleness that occurs when metal hardens.
