These lower arms are built using a newly developed stamping mold based on the factory shape, with the steel thickness increased from 2.8mm to 3.0mm. The end stopper is designed with three holes and a movable reinforcement plate.
The added rigidity provides improved front stability and more precise steering control.
Conventional modified lower arms often require cutting, length adjustments, and rewelding of the factory arm, which can create concerns about strength and left-right consistency. By using a custom stamping mold and making each part thicker than the factory version, these arms achieve strength that exceeds OEM quality.
