Based on the Hyper Single, which has been widely supported from street to competition use, this model adopts a composite structure that combines organic and metal for the facing of the disc. The organic facing uses the Ultra Fiber that has been well received in the Single Sports Series, making this a significantly evolved Hyper Single that maintains comfort on the street while also meeting the demands of continuous driving such as drifting.

Operation

When taking off from a stand-still, the easy-to-use ultra-fiber controls the half-clutch. When full pressure is applied, the metal facing operates with a stable high μ even at high temperatures, providing easy-to-use performance across the entire range.

Same half-clutch performance as genuine parts.

By using ultra-fiber and optimizing the wave rigidity of the cushioning plate, we have achieved half-clutch performance on par with that of the original. It demonstrates a level of operability that is different from conventional sports clutches.

High heat resistance

The metal is activated when fully pressed, providing heat resistance equivalent to that of a metal disc. It has high limit performance against heat generated by repeated starts and kicking during drifting.

Low pedal force

The reaction force of the cushioning plate has reduced the pedal effort by 12% compared to our Hyper single. In addition to the wide half-clutch range, the reduced pedal effort provides a class-leading level of ease of use.

Noiseless strap drive

The strap drive system uses a strap plate (leaf spring) to forcibly move the pressure plate in the direction of the arrow, preventing the annoying rattle noise when the clutch is released. It also improves the disengagement response to pedal operation.

High capacity single type compatible with 500Nm (φ200=300Nm)

By selecting the appropriate pressure and friction material, we were able to set the capacity to cover the boost increase with a single plate, achieving both high cost performance and high capacity.
