Designed for drivers who push their cars in high-load, high-RPM environments, this steel exhaust manifold for the SR20DET is built with a clear focus on durability, efficiency, and smooth power delivery.
At the core of the design is a 4-1 layout featuring a horn-type collector, developed through repeated prototyping, circuit testing, and real-world power verification. The result is a manifold that improves exhaust flow and supports stable, responsive performance in high-revving conditions without introducing unnecessary restriction or turbulence.
Material quality is a major focus throughout. Both the elbow and piping are constructed using high-grade domestic steel commonly used in large-scale industrial applications such as power plants, oil facilities, and chemical plants across Japan. The piping features a thickness of over 3.5mm, providing the strength and durability needed to withstand extreme heat and prolonged high-load use.
On the engine side, the flange is not an off-the-shelf component but a fully custom piece designed from 3D data and machined from solid material. The ports are tapered to match the exhaust outlets, creating a smoother transition that enhances flow. On the turbine side, a 15mm thick custom flange is used to resist heat distortion while maintaining long-term structural integrity. After welding, each flange is hand-finished internally to remove weld beads, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted exhaust path.
Every unit is individually handcrafted by experienced welders holding national and JIS certifications, with over a decade of experience working on demanding industrial projects. This level of craftsmanship ensures each manifold meets a high standard of consistency, strength, and performance.
The manifold is designed to fit OEM-style flange turbines and may also be compatible with certain aftermarket units of the same shape, though fitment can vary depending on manufacturer and specifications. It has been tested with setups such as the T518Z (10cm), GT3RS (6cm), and GT-RS. If you are running a non-standard turbo, it’s recommended to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
*Please note that this product is not compatible with S13 piping, S13 conversion adapters, or vehicles equipped with ABS units. It is intended for competition use only and should not be used on public roads. Due to the nature of performance parts, professional installation is strongly recommended, and some modification may be required depending on your vehicle setup and combination of aftermarket components.
