This tension rod secures the suspension in the fore-aft direction and plays a critical role in handling dynamics. OEM bushings are designed with some fore-aft flexibility to reduce noise, but under high-G conditions (like circuit driving) they can flex excessively. This leads to unwanted toe changes under braking and a loss of road feedback.

This upgraded tension rod features high-rigidity pillow ball joints and reinforced rubber bushings, eliminating that weak point and delivering a more stable and responsive cornering feel.

The rod also includes a turnbuckle-style adjuster, allowing fine-tuning of caster angle, wheelbase, and overall alignment settings to suit your driving style.
