Most driveshaft problems are not due to a lack of strength in the driveshaft itself. Once the internal moving parts of the driveshaft are damaged by excessive input, they will constantly catch and create heat pockets, eventually causing the grease to boil and seize.

No matter how thick and strong the driveshaft is, it will not improve unless the internal structure is properly constructed. Driveshafts are not something that are strengthened, but something that is constructed.
