Exhaust Manifold (Lancer Evolution IV-IX)

Developed through extensive R&D, the TOMEI Expreme Exhaust Manifold for the Mitsubishi 4G63 EVO delivers optimal performance and durability. Designed with smooth-flowing 45mm piping for maximum torque, this manifold is crafted from high-grade SUS304 stainless steel for exceptional resistance to heat and corrosion. Manufactured using the advanced lost wax casting method, it offers superior strength and long-lasting structural integrity. The included custom SUS304 heat shield further reduces under-hood temperatures, protecting surrounding engine components during high-performance driving.

Initial development investments were required, but the final product quality has paid off substantially. Numerous installations have been made in Japan and never once did the user experience and installation troubles or mounting difficulties. The engine exhaust port and exhaust manifold flanges have been enlarged ever so slightly to allow for a stronger mounting point, yet promote a perfect seal. And lastly, the manifold and turbo flanges is also enlarged to promote a more effective seal.

■ Additional sealing bolt is included for AT Wagon cars.

With the addition of this extra bolt it will be possible to install our product on AT transmission cars.
