During aggressive driving such as circuit use, heavy braking, and high-speed cornering, engine oil can move away from the oil pickup due to strong G-forces. This can cause oil starvation, which may lead to accelerated engine wear or catastrophic engine damage.
The ZEROFIGHTER Baffled Oil Pan Assembly is designed to prevent this by incorporating an internal baffle plate that keeps oil around the pickup during high G-force situations. This ensures stable oil supply and improved engine protection under demanding driving conditions.
