配送ポリシー
Processing Time:
- Order fulfillment times will vary depending on the item. Most items with inherent production fulfillment times will be noted below the product under "Shipping and Fulfillment"
- Regular parts orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive with us. This is industry standard in Japan.
- For any irregular circumstances, we will contact you regarding the item in question. Refunds or exchanges for other product are common solutions.
Shipping Fees:
- As of 14/12/25, all domestic (Japan) orders will be paid-on-delivery, unless specifically invoiced.
- All international orders will be calculated with their relevant carrier options, based upon weight & size. We try to provide the best rates possible for all types of items. However if you are unsure on whether your shipping rate is accurate, please contact us with your item and full address for a personalized shipping quote.
- Partial refunds are automatically processed on orders which we are able to find a more competitive rate
General Carrier Information:
EMS [Japan Post]
- Weight based (max 30kg), with specific size requirements varying on countries. If EMS is not displayed as an option for your chosen item, it is most likely ineligible for shipping.
- We may disable this option for certain regions/countries, due to events such as strikes, or in recent times, constant import tax legislation changes causing issues.

Sea Freight Shipping [LCL]

BUSINESS ADDRESSES ARE REQUIRED - failure to provide one will result in a complete cancellation of your order.
- Depending on your country of delivery, import tax information will need to be provided to us for filing. This is a requirement to have your item cleared from customs

Our LCL shipments are D2D (Door-2-Door) - once cleared from customs, they will be delivered to your stated business address without a need for port pickup
- Brokerage may be offered by us depending on the country. Brokerage is a requirement to have the package released from your local port. Please consider this before placing an order with Sea Freight.
Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.
- Orders which are RTS to us due to negligence, failure to pay import taxes, or other reasons which are duties of the customer in which nation they reside, will result in your shipping cost NOT BEING REFUNDED. We do not bear the responsibility of your failure to follow your own country's legislations.
- Any orders which are damaged during transit, please file a claim through the selected carrier's process. There may be instances in which the sender (E.K Motors) will need to be contacted, in-which case we are happy to assist.
