Improved clutch responsiveness

It employs a strap drive system that forcibly returns the pressure plate to its original position, improving the responsiveness of pedal operation and preventing rattle noise when the clutch is disengaged.

Utilization of Low inertia discs

By employing high-μ, low-wear, and high-heat-resistant metal materials, this product achieves both a smaller diameter (ø200) and high transmission capacity/extreme lifespan, which are often conflicting requirements. Furthermore, the adoption of a specially designed small damper disc improves durability. In addition, the shape and thickness of the metal pads have been optimized to achieve lower inertia than standard products, improving shift feel and reducing synchronizer damage.

High-quality chromoly flywheel

Through simulations using CAD solid models, stress analysis and optimization of balance and inertia were performed. This resulted in an ideal design that combines lightweight construction with low rotational characteristics.
