During circuit driving where constant breaking and sharp turns are repeated, high lateral and longitudinal G-forces spread the engine oil unevenly throughout the oil pan. This uneven spread shifts oil away from the oil pump pickup, which in-turn starves your engine of it's required oil. Oil starvation over a long period of time (especially in a high-load environment like circuit driving) leads to premature engine wear, and in some cases, catastrophic failure.
